The Japanese game publisher Oizumi Amuzio will bring Lethal League Blaze (リーサルリーグ ブレイズ) to the physical retail stores for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch on September 12th. Meanwhile, the digital version will be earlier than the physical release which will be on July 12th. According to Gematsu, the physical version will include a bonus item.
Lethal League Blaze (リーサルリーグ ブレイズ) is a high-speed ball game developed by Reptile Games. It was first released on PC via Steam on October 24, 2018. The game developer also announced this game is coming in Spring 2019. However, it was announced that it’s getting delayed due to adding new stuff and more to September 12th release window.
Here’s the full statement below via the game’s Steam website.
As we prepare for the Switch, PS4 and Xbox One releases, this update is not as content heavy. Rest assured that new stuff is coming, including another addition to the roster! Speaking of consoles, things are finally moving along. Especially considering we’re porting to three consoles with our small in-house team -at the same time- (turns out that’s not normal). We will, however, just miss a spring release. For those waiting anxiously, thank you for your continued patience!
Unleash your competitive side with this intense high-speed ball game! In the place called the Shine City, the anti-gravity ball game is illegal. However, a group keeps on playing this ball game and was dubbed as the Lethal League. With this, the ball game is now pushed underground as most players and crews gather to compete the League.
The ultimate goal is to beat your opponents with the ball. Manipulate the ball while using the character’s unique move to surprise your opponents. In every strike, there’s a certain speed for the ball or even double the speed. Keep on practicing to improve on how to use Smashes, Bunts and Special Abilities for your advantage. Play it locally or online against your friends or your foes in up to four players. Of course, while you are battling against your opponents, take on the groove as this game includes wicked tracks featuring Hideki Naganuma, Frank Klepacki, Pixelord, Bignic, and of course, Klaus Veen.
