Born in 41 BBY on Tatooine, since the age of 3 he worked under Watto; a Toydarian junk dealer which shop is located near the spaceport of Mos Espa. Controlled by the Hutts, in this part of the planet anyone can find anything is needed: slaves, weapons, bounty hunters, and a vast amount of things (both legal and illegal). But, there’s one other reason behind the popularity of Mos Espa across dozens of systems: the one and only Mos Espa Grand Arena!

Located in the western part of the vast Dune Sea; once a year it becomes the house of the galactic renowned Boonta Eve Classic Podrace event. Established by the Hutt Clan to celebrate the ascend to godhood of Boonta Hestilic Shad’ruu; this dangerous sport event is followed by billions of sentient beings both directly (the Arena can hold more than 100,000 people) or by live streaming (the whole race is recorded by numerous Hologlide J57 cam droids) which broadcast it to the farthest worlds.

Vet fast, very dangerous; podracing is a very exciting sport both if you are a pilot or a spectator. Officially banned by the Republic laws; it is widely performed in the systems of the Mid and of the Outer Rim, where the Emperor’s rules are just a distant echo…
